Honey Glazed Pork Chops
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the pork chops to make the marinade. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish with a lid or a reclosable bag and pour the marinade over, ensuring all the chops are coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. To cook, either pan fry in a skillet searing each side first and then finishing off in the oven, or grill. Reserve some of the leftover marinade to baste each chops while cooking. For both methods, pork chops should be taken to an internal temp of 145 degrees and then taken off heat to rest for a few minutes. Easy peasy, and delicious!
