How much does it cost and is there a minimum?
Home delivery is a $10 flat fee after you meet the $125 minimum purchase amount.  Order as much as you want over $125, there is no limit.

What day and time will be order be delivered?
Thursday morning.  We hire a driver that will deliver your order to your doorstep between 3 am and 9 am, approximately.

How do I receive my home delivery?
Leave a cooler out, and we will fill it.  All meat will be frozen.

Will I be notified when my order has come?
If your order is delivered before 6:30 am, we will text you as soon a 6:30 am arrives.  If your order is delivered after that you will receive a text and a knick on the door as soon as your order has been dropped off.

Why do you require a cooler and what if I forget to set one out?
Leaving a cooler out helps all of us reduce or carbon footprint.  No boxes, plastic bags, insulated containers, or packaging.  This also cuts cost on our end, and in turn on yours.  If you forget to set your cooler out, we will leave your order in an insulated cooler bag and charge you an $8 deposit.  Return the reusable bag on the next delivery or at the store and the $8 will be credited back to your account.

If my meat is not completely frozen solid when I bring it in, is it still safe?

If your meat is cold to the touch, it is perfectly fine even it is not frozen. Put it directly into your freezer or refrigerator, whichever you prefer, and enjoy.

FAQ about the Farm Store and Farm Visits and Tours

+
"No need to order ahead! You are always welcome to place an order in advance if you'd like, but it is definitely not required. Just walk in and shop during our store hours."
+
We offer everything that is on website in our store PLUS a lot of other items including many local items, seasonal produce, raw or A2/A2 dairy, bulk organic dry goods and much more. See the list above.
+
Come anytime our store is open! Our hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9-3. We are closed Sunday.
+
It is not a guarantee, but often times we will have cattle grazing near the store, in the winter the laying hens are in the chicken palace near the store, and depending on the time of year you can see the laying hens and meat chickens out on pasture right at the turn from the main road to the store. Remember we rotationally graze, so animals are often moving to fresh pasture or cover crop and aren't in one spot. If you ask, we will gladly point you in the direction of the nearest of grazing animals.
+
You can schedule a private tour for up to ten people right from our website here: PRIVATE FARM TOUR or you can watch for/check out our dates for upcoming tours and events at the farm. We often host wagon rides, chore nights, egg gathering, have an annual fall farm festival event, and host classes in the back of the store during the winter months.
+
Yes, we have a paved, handicap accessible parking lot with an ADA compliant bathroom.
