PRE-ORDER for MAY: new STANDARD CUT LIST
$5.55 /lb.
Avg. 165 lb.

A $150 non-refundable deposit will be taken at pre-order.

Put this in your shopping basket and choose PRE-ORDER BEEF and PORK as your pick up.  We will be in contact with you all along the way, letting you know harvest dates, butcher info, and any help you may need in reserving organs or bones/fat. We will deliver a steer to Greenleaf Meats after it has been harvested right here on the farm and will be given a hanging weight by the butcher.  This is the weight you will pay from.  It is NOT the take home weight of your packages of meat as there are bones, organs, excess fat, ect. that will be cut out (although you can request to keep those, please do so in the NOTE section when ordering!)  You pay the butcher when you pick up your meat for the kill, cut, and packaging.  Bring boxes or coolers to pick up. **In addition to what you'll pay us for the animal, the price to Greenleaf Meats is a $32.50 harvest fee for a 1/4 animal and 90 cents per lb, hanging weight, for cut and wrap.

NEW THIS SEASON, here are the cuts you will receive (reminder that this will vary depending on the hanging weight of the actual animal, all vary):
