Does my Star address qualify?
Enter your postal code and address during registration. Grazecart will confirm whether home delivery is available at your location.
What happens if I miss the Tuesday deadline?
Orders placed after 8:00 a.m. Tuesday will be scheduled for the following Thursday delivery.
Does someone need to be home?
No. Leave a cooler outside Wednesday night and we will place your order inside it by 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
What should I leave out for delivery?
Leave a clean cooler with enough room for your complete order. Place it in a visible, accessible location outside your home.
Will my meat arrive frozen?
Meat products are delivered frozen. Bring your order inside and transfer it to your freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible.
