This meal will be outdoors and is our first time having a dinner on the farm. We are excited! A night in the pasture. Four course meal using all of our proteins grown right here: eggs, chicken, beef, and pork. Catered/prepared by Chef Cindy at Roots of Mexico. The courses include salad, Mexican bruschettas on sourdough with Organic black beans, and our own pork and beef chorizo. Tostadas with all the fixings- including cashew sauce, salsa verde, queso fresco, and more with chicken Tinga, shredded beef, and/or pork carnitas. Served with your choice of beverage- horchata or Jamaica, with a goat caramel flan to end the experience. Have a walk around the pasture, enjoy community, and the magic of eating right at the source of your food- truly farm to fork.
