This bundle comes with 10 pkgs of ground pork, 2 pkgs breakfast sausage, 1 pkg maple breakfast sausage, 1 package cajun sausage, 1 pkg hot Italian sausage, 2 pkgs sweet Italian sausage, and 2 pkgs of chorizo sausage. These are all loose sausage, not cased. No subsitutions on the ground pork.
